Wednesday 5:40 PM Dressing Done
1 1/2 cup minced onion
1 1/3 cup chopped celery
2 sticks butter
6 cups bread crumbled (I crumbled it then toasted it in the oven to help dry it out)
6 cups corn bread crumbled
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup chicken broth
Saute onion and celery in the butter. Add the poultry seasoning, salt, pepper and chicken broth. Pour mixture over the breads. Stir well.
Put into a baking dish and bake at 350 for 40 minutes
