Salsa and Guacamole
Salsa
1 large can petite diced tomatoes (drain most of liquid)
red or green onion to taste
about a tsp of minced garlic
juice of a lime
1 tsp cumin ( I leave out )
1/2 bunch of cilantro- chopped fine
chopped jalapenos to taste " We leave this out and it taste great"
pinch of salt
Guacamole
2 ripe avocados, peeled and mashed
Then add tablespoons of the salsa until you achieve the taste you like
