Peace
What's for supper?



The last two nights supper has been fresh blackeyed peas, cornbread dressing, homemade bread, and cranberry sauce.
We have been cooking from what is in the pantry. This is a good way to save money and use up things left in the house.

2 pkg. active dry yeast
2 1/2 cup warm water
4 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp salt
1/4 cup honey
This is with 2 cups unbleached bread flour and the above ingredients listed

This is with 4 cups unbleached bread flour

This is with 6 cups flour (4 cups unbleached bread flour and 2 cups white wheat)

Covered with a towel and placed in a warm spot in my kitchen for 45 min.
