My New Favorite Hummus





1 16-oz. can chilled chickpeas drained, rinsed
3 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoons peanut butter
3 teaspoons miced garlic
2 Tablespoons olive oil
Fresh cilantro leaves
Red pepper flakes, to taste
Pinch of sea salt, to taste

Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.

Serve with fresh carrot sticks. It's also fabulous with organic blue corn chips.
